Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NERON TOV ("we", "us", or "Service Provider") handles information when you use the AI Image Editor mobile application (the "Application"). By using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect and Process
We collect or process only the information needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Application. Depending on how you use the Application, this may include:
- Images and image-editing inputs. When you choose an image and use an AI-powered editing feature, the selected image and any related instructions or prompts may be transmitted to our AI processing infrastructure or AI processing service providers solely to generate the result you requested.
- Device and technical information. This can include IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app version, operating system, language, approximate location inferred from IP address, and diagnostic or performance information.
- App interaction information. This can include app launches and selected in-app events used to understand app performance, attribution, security, and fraud prevention.
- Purchase and subscription information. If you make an in-app purchase or subscribe, we receive information such as purchase history, subscription status, entitlement status, and transaction-related identifiers. We do not receive or store your full payment card or bank-account details.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we process the information you include in your message so that we can respond to your request.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide image editing and AI-powered features requested by you;
- process purchases, manage subscriptions, and provide paid features;
- measure app attribution and usage, diagnose technical issues, and improve the Application;
- protect the Application, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations; and
- respond to support, privacy, or deletion requests.
3. Photos and AI Processing
The Application accesses photos only when you choose to select or provide them for editing. Where cloud-based AI processing is used, the selected image and related input may be sent securely to an AI processing provider to perform the requested feature. We do not sell your images or use them for advertising. We do not intentionally use your images or prompts to train our own AI models without your explicit permission.
You should avoid submitting images that contain highly sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable using the relevant feature. The availability and processing method of individual AI features may change as the Application is updated.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use service providers that process information on our behalf and under our instructions to provide the Application:
- AppsFlyer — attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, and measurement. AppsFlyer may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, app interaction data, and diagnostic or performance data. AppsFlyer Privacy Policy

- Google Play / Google Play Billing — payment processing and purchase fulfilment. Google handles payment credentials under its own privacy practices. Google Privacy Policy
- AI processing providers and infrastructure providers — processing of images and prompts solely to provide the AI editing feature you select.
These providers are not permitted to use information from the Application for their own unrelated purposes when acting as our service providers, except where their own terms, legal obligations, or independently configured services apply. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
5. Data Sharing
We may disclose information to the service providers described above, to professional advisers where necessary, or where required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or the Application.
We do not share your images, prompts, purchase information, or device information with advertising networks for targeted advertising unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Application, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Images and prompts submitted for AI processing are not intentionally retained on our own servers longer than needed to provide the requested feature, unless retention is necessary for security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or you choose to save content through a feature of the Application.
Third-party providers may retain information in accordance with their own contractual, legal, and technical obligations. Where applicable, we ask such providers to limit retention to what is necessary to provide their services.
7. Your Choices and Data Deletion Requests
You may stop further collection by uninstalling the Application. You may also contact us at borysnerozniak@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with your use of the Application, where applicable.
To help us locate relevant information, include the email address used to contact us and, where available, your app user ID, Google Play order number, or a description of the request. Do not send payment card or bank-account details. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including for fraud prevention, accounting, security, or legal compliance.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Data transmitted between the Application and our services is intended to be protected using encryption in transit, such as HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and contractual protections for international data transfers.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at borysnerozniak@gmail.com. We will take appropriate steps to review and address the request.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Application after an update takes effect means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
